  • No. Club HAPT is a resource for anyone looking for physical therapy-guided work outs designed for Older Adults, people with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia or living with Parkinson’s Disease.

  • The exercises demonstrated in our videos and live classes are for informational purposes only.
