Benjamin Collette
Ben is a certified nursing and home health aide, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys helping folks stay active and healthy right where they feel most comfortable – at home! When he’s not lending a hand, you'll find him outdoors whenever New England weather permits, hanging out with friends and family, and taking additional classes in the health and sciences fields.
Sasha Merrill
Sasha Merrill has 10 years in healthcare, previously working in an Orthopedic practice at Beth Israel and then in an ER in London, UK. Sasha completed her Master’s degree in Population Health with a focus on healthy aging at UCL. She is a certified personal trainer and is also a Senior Fitness Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She holds additional NASM certifications in Corrective Exercise and wellness coaching and is finishing her NASM certifications in nutrition coaching and optimum performance.
Sasha’s passion for working with older adults began when she was a caregiver to her grandparents for several years. Her goal is to help improve the health and happiness of older adults by building foundational strength and resilience through fitness, nutrition, wellbeing and lifestyle coaching.
Outside of work, Sasha is a dedicated dog parent to her troublesome 4 year old cockapoo and is an avid world traveler with her husband.
Deborah Luciano
Deb Luciano has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Deb is a Certified Physical Therapy Technician and an Allied Health Professional through Regis College. Deb holds certifications in Yoga, Spinning (Mad Dogg), Group Fitness (AFAA), TRX, Barre, and Pilates. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing fitness plans, as well as coaching and providing nutritional guidance. She is also a PWR! Moves Certified Instructor and part of our Parkinson’s Disease Management Team.
Deb’s goal is to work with individuals, so they feel empowered both mind and body. Most importantly she wants everyone to have fun!
When Deb is not working, she loves to spend time with her family, travel, and is an avid sports fan.
