Brittany is a licensed (#20474) Doctor of Physical therapy and a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist. She received her doctorate from Boston University in 2012 and has extensive experience in acute rehab and hospital-based rehab. Brittany has worked with older adults after strokes, brain injuries, traumatic injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and mechanical falls of various causes. Brittany wants her patients to enjoy the process of physical therapy and strives to incorporate exercise into her patients' daily lifestyle. She wants her patients to feel safe walking in their home and community and uses evidence-based research when creating treatment programs. Brittany is also an active volunteer for the American Parkinson's Disease Association. You can find her at the annual Optimism Walks and other fundraising events for the organization. Dr. Brittany Saia, PT, DPT is also certified in PWR! Moves Therapy, and is proud to offer to this specialized therapy to her patients with Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders and mobility impairments.
