About Patti Henni, OTR/L
Patricia Henni, OTR/L, is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with more than three decades of occupational therapy experience. Patricia’s diverse background includes inpatient rehabilitation working with patients experiencing neurological, orthopedic, and complex medical conditions, clinical writing supporting innovative upper-extremity orthotics and prosthetics, and specializing in myofascial release therapy. She brings this broad background to her work in home-based outpatient occupational therapy, where she enjoys looking at the whole person and how movement, daily activities, environment, and overall well-being come together to help people live more comfortably and fully.
Patricia loves the problem-solving aspect of occupational therapy and enjoys working with patients and caregivers as a team to put the pieces of the puzzle together. She believes that each individual has their own story, strengths, challenges, and goals, and that meaningful therapy begins by understanding the person behind the diagnosis. She is passionate about finding practical, innovative, and individualized solutions that make everyday activities safer, easier, more comfortable, and more meaningful.
Outside of her clinical work, Patricia is a small business owner in Wakefield and enjoys being an active part of her community. She looks forward to getting to know the surrounding communities and the individuals and families she has the opportunity to serve.
