  • Take a class with us!

    Whether you’re looking for strength and balance, Parkinson’s Exercise or ways to keep your bones strong and manage your osteoporosis, we have it all. We offer classes in many of our service area towns and virtually online. New classes are being added all the so keep an eye out for changes!   • Fitness Coaching

    We know it can be hard to do your exercises without the motivation of knowing we’re coming to help. That’s why we’ve hired Fitness Coaches to keep you motivated and safe while you do your Home Exercise Program even after your therapy discharge. Click the button below to get matched with a Fitness Coach today. We’ll train your coach to work with you to keep you active and moving well.

  • Wellness Sessions

    If you feel like you’d benefit on ongoing visits with a member of our therapist team, we can do that, too. While we can’t promise we can see you weekly, we offer as-needed, intermittent Wellness Sessions with our PTs and OTs for Check-Ins, and Mobility and Exercise Sessions, based on therapist availability.   • Club HAPT

    If you can access the internet, you can join the Club! Club HAPT is designed to make LiveStream and OnDemand fitness classes easily accessible through a members-only page on our website. Join us for weekly OsteoHour and Cubii-PD classes, and monthly office-hours with team therapists from HAPT. Classes added each week!
