Just like your favorite professor scheduled drop-in time for you come by and ask question, we do the same. Join Katie the first Wednesday of the month from 1:00-2PM for an online Q+A. Ask a question, check your form or just stay and chat. We’re here for you.

  • Nope! Club HAPT membership is month to month (or you can choose to pay for a full year for a discounted rate). There are no contracts or long term commitments and you can cancel your membership at anytime.

  • No. Club HAPT is a resource for anyone looking for physical therapy-guided work outs designed for Older Adults, people with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia or living with Parkinson’s Disease.

  • The exercises demonstrated in our videos and live classes are for informational purposes only.
