NOW HIRING!
Now Hiring:
Occupational Therapists!
Are you an Occupational Therapist with experience in home health, skilled nursing, or acute rehab who feels burned out from high productivity demands and paperwork overload? Are you seeking a better work-life balance, with the flexibility to care for your family while still doing what you love—helping patients?
We get it! At Healthy Aging Physical Therapy, we’re offering a refreshing alternative to the pressures of larger institutions. We’re a therapist-run practice that prioritizes patient-centered, compassionate care without the constraints of being told how many visits a patient can receive or dealing with high-volume productivity demands.
Join us and rediscover the joy of patient care.
As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on meaningful, one-on-one therapy with older adults in their homes. You’ll build strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, providing holistic, functional therapy that helps improve independence and quality of life.
What We Offer:
Work-life balance: Flexible scheduling so you can design your work hours around your personal needs. Minimum commitment of 10 visits per week.
Autonomy and time to care: Focus on individualized, high-quality patient care without the pressure of back-to-back appointments, excessive paperwork, or unrealistic productivity metrics.
Local assignments: We base your territory near your home for an easy commute. Current needs are in Medford, Arlington, Winchester, and Belmont.
Per Diem + Benefits: Enjoy the flexibility of Per Diem work with added benefits like paid sick time, 401K with a 3% practice contribution, an annual CEU stipend to support clinical growth, and annual bonuses.
Our Values:
Holistic and patient-centered: We believe in treating the whole person, focusing on what matters most to them.
Empathetic and collaborative: Our small, supportive team fosters a positive environment where therapists thrive and grow.
Evidenced-based and education-focused: We empower patients with the knowledge and tools to live their best lives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts.
2-3 years of experience in home health, skilled rehab, or acute rehab.
Passionate about working with older adults and their families.
Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
