What makes fitness sessions different? When you choose HAE for your 1:1 Fitness Training, you’re choosing programs that are not only highly effective, but safe. HAE fitness sessions are ideal for clients who are new to exercise, have health, physical or functional limitations that prevent participation in standard fitness options or who simply would feel better exercising under the supervision and guidance of a experienced physical therapist. Want to work out with a spouse or buddy? Discounts for 2:1 sessions are available.
Continuing on as a HAE fitness client is a GREAT way to stay active after your discharge from therapy!
